“Pre-Shot Routine”
The pre-shot routine is your game plan to every shot, yet most players seem to skip this process. While everyone’s routine is different, here are a few tips on developing a consistant pre-shot routine. Start by standing directly behind the ball keeping a straight line visual from the ball through the target. This creates a binocular view (vs. monocular). Next, place your hands on the club keeping the clubface square . Align your body parallel to the target line addressing the golfball. Always remember to take a deep breath before every shot to become relaxed and relieve any tension. Remember that repetition is the key to consistency. This will soon become natural and just another part of your golf swing. Good luck!
